New Matches

This is where you will look when you have received an e-mail message from CleanOffer that new properties
have just been listed that meets your saved search criteria.

My Favorites
|
|
This section contains a list of properties you have "tagged" as favorites because you have
interest in tracking the property. You might do this if you want to make sure you are notified of any
status changes (escrow, price reduction, off market, etc). You can choose to receive email notifications of
changes in status or price for these properties. This allows you to stay on top of what is happening with
them even when you haven't had time to login and check them directly.

My Searches

Click on this link to view a list of all of the searches you have saved. You can re-run searches from this
area of the system rather than retyping them as well as turn-on/turn-off email notifications. Plus,
you can delete searches.

This is where you will actually select search criteria and conduct property searches. Property types
include: Residential, Income & Multi-unit, Lots, Land & Agricultural, and search by MLS number.
